Just think about it for a minute. There must be something. Something that makes you go “I wish I could do that, but sadly, I can’t.” Why not? No time? Money? Passion? Creativity?
I’ll tell you what’s stopping me. Fear. Fear of failure. Fear of being judged. Fear of making enemies. Fear of not being able to please everyone. And do you know where fear takes you? Nowhere. Well, I’ve decided to not be fearful anymore because never failing is not an option. Fail now. Fail fast. Move on. Definitely easier said than done but it’s so true. Letting fear take over passion is the dumbest thing anyone can do. Just put yourself out there. Listen to what everyone has to say. Make bold decisions. And carry on.
And now, I’m going to go do exactly that.
As a creative individual, I am constantly fascinated by advertising campaigns. It’s always interesting to see how creative companies can be in marketing themselves to its consumers and which direction they are willing to take their brand. I’d like to address and answer a few questions about advertising campaigns and advertising in general.
Square is undoubtedly one of the hottest startups today. The Square card reader is a revolutionary product that’s helping business owners accept credit cards from their customers by paying just 2.75% per swipe. The card reader is free and the app is free. More and more businesses are using Square these days to process transactions. One of the things that makes Square easy to use is the way it’s designed. It’s clean, simple, functional and no-non sense. I can see a huge influence of Apple in their website as well as mobile app. Hence, the simplicity.
